	   HELENA, Mont. (AP) _ A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit

Court of Appeals has denied the appeal of a Helena woman, sentenced

to four years in prison for stealing from her employer. Margaret

Blixt was convicted of mail fraud and aggravated identity theft

last year for taking nearly $158,000 from Atlanta-based Crawford &

Company, an insurance-claims management business with an office in

Helena.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) _ Montana's Department of Fish, Wildlife &

Parks is looking for people to serve in a workgroup to make

recommendations for a fish management plan for three reservoirs on

the Upper Missouri River. The workgroup will recommend fish

management and regulation approaches on Canyon Ferry, Hauser and

Holter reservoirs and on the Missouri River below Hauser Dam. The

group will help update and revise an existing plan that has guided

the reservoirs' fisheries management since 2000.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) _ The U.S. State Department says public

comment on a proposed oil pipeline from Alberta to Texas will be

accepted beyond the December 4th date specified in a Federal

Register notice. Groups concerned about the Keystone XL pipeline

project said the 30-day period now in progress is insufficient. A

State Department official says comment will be accepted until 45

days after the Federal Register publishes notice that the

government has a completed draft environmental impact statement for

the project. He says that work hasn't even started.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) _ And in sports, the throwback uniforms the

University of Montana football team wore during Saturday's Cat-Griz

game proved much more popular than expected. The Grizzly

Scholarship Association sold some of the copper and yellow jerseys

and helmets on Sunday, but then heard complaints from players and

their families, who wanted to be able to keep the uniforms.

Athletics director Jim O'Day says they're putting in an order for

new jerseys for fans who ordered them on Sunday. Fans will be able

to choose the size and jersey number they want.
